Privacy policy

This draft explains the public and operational data TALVO expects to process when users browse, upload metadata, connect wallets, and submit transactions.

This launch-candidate text is provided for product review only. It is not legal advice and must be approved and localized by qualified counsel before a mainnet release.
Data processed

The interface may process public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token metadata, uploaded public images, device and request information, and product analytics. Blockchain records are public and cannot be deleted by TALVO.

How data is used

Data may be used to operate the interface, index markets, display transactions, prevent abuse, secure uploads, diagnose failures, measure performance, comply with law, and communicate material service changes.

Public uploads

Token images and metadata submitted for a launch are intentionally stored in public object storage and may be copied by third parties. Users must not upload confidential information, personal data, or content they lack rights to publish.

Service providers

Infrastructure providers may include Vercel, Neon, Base RPC and explorer services, wallet providers, and analytics vendors. The final policy must identify controllers, processors, transfer mechanisms, and provider-specific notices.

Retention and security

Operational records should be retained only as needed for security, reliability, legal obligations, and dispute handling. No security control can guarantee absolute protection, and public blockchain data is permanent.

Rights and contact

The final policy must explain applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, and complaint rights, along with a verified privacy contact and jurisdiction-specific notices.
