Risk disclosures

Understand the material technical, market, liquidity, governance, and regulatory risks before signing any TALVO transaction.

This launch-candidate text is provided for product review only. It is not legal advice and must be approved and localized by qualified counsel before a mainnet release.
Total-loss risk

Digital assets can lose all market value. TALVO does not promise profit, liquidity, redemption at a particular price, or recovery of transaction fees. Only use assets you can afford to lose.

Permanent bonding curve

V4 markets remain on the TALVO virtual-reserve curve and do not graduate to an external exchange. Prices move according to deterministic reserve math, slippage rises with order size, and available native reserves limit sell output.

Smart-contract and network risk

Bugs, economic exploits, wallet compromise, malicious tokens, Base outages, RPC failures, reorgs, or third-party dependency failures may delay or permanently prevent transactions. An audit reduces risk but cannot eliminate it.

Permission and governance risk

Authorized multisig signers can pause protocol contracts and manage bounded operational settings. A pause can stop launches and trading. Verify current owners, parameters, source code, and release status onchain.

Fee-route risk

Trading fees may be claimable by creators, spent on buyback-and-burn actions, or converted into holder rewards. Route execution depends on available liquidity and can suffer price impact. Burns are irreversible and rewards are not guaranteed.

Regulatory and tax risk

Digital-asset laws and tax treatment differ by location and can change quickly. You are responsible for determining whether access, launch, trading, and reporting are lawful for you.
