Terms of service

These draft terms describe the intended non-custodial service boundaries and user responsibilities for TALVO.

This launch-candidate text is provided for product review only. It is not legal advice and must be approved and localized by qualified counsel before a mainnet release.
Eligibility and acceptance

Access must be limited to users who can lawfully enter a binding agreement and use digital-asset software in their jurisdiction. Connecting a wallet or submitting a transaction should constitute acceptance only after counsel approves the final terms.

Non-custodial software

TALVO provides an interface to public smart contracts. It does not hold wallet keys, custody assets, reverse transactions, guarantee execution, or act as a broker, exchange, fiduciary, or investment adviser.

User responsibilities

Users must verify transaction details, network, contract addresses, fees, slippage, deadlines, token metadata, tax obligations, and legal eligibility. Users must secure their wallet and must never share private keys or recovery phrases.

Prohibited conduct

The service must not be used for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, infringement, malware, abusive uploads, unauthorized access, or interference with protocol infrastructure.

Availability and changes

The interface or contracts may be paused, restricted, modified, or discontinued for security, legal, maintenance, or operational reasons. Public blockchain activity may continue independently of this interface.

Disclaimers and liability

The final agreement must define warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution, governing law, and contact details in language reviewed for each supported jurisdiction.

Last product draft: November 2, 2026 · Contact and governing-law details must be supplied before approval.
